The folks at Money Magazine recently published their ?100 Best Places to Live in America? list. Can you believe there were only 2 Florida towns on the list? And you may never have heard of them!? They are Hunter?s Creek (#21) and Winter Springs (#97), and they are both in the Orlando area. They have median House/Condo values of $295,211 and $227,551 respectively.? Hence there are more affordable towns in Florida.
It should be noted that only towns with populations of less than 50,000 were considered in the magazine?s rankings, and Florida Retirement Communities were screened out!? So take these results for what they are.?? If you happen to be in the area, consider adding them to your ?to see? list.
