ATLANTA -- Prosecutors want former NBA player Javaris Crittenton sent back to jail on a murder charge after his recent traffic arrest.
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports ( http://bit.ly/z6ZEaS) that the Fulton District Attorney's office filed a motion to revoke Crittenton's bond after the former Washington Wizards player was arrested on charges of speeding and obstructing a police officer.
Riverdale police Maj. Greg Barney said the former Georgia Tech star was going more than 60 mph in a 45-mph zone. Crittenton was released from jail on Wednesday.
Crittenton faces murder charges after police accused him of killing 23-year-old Jullian Jones during in an August drive-by shooting in south Atlanta.
Crittenton played with the Los Angeles Lakers, the Memphis Grizzlies and Washington. He signed a non-guarantee contract with Charlotte Bobcats in 2010, but was waived after three weeks.
